An upscale custom home development located in Waterloo. A community of new homes being constructed on deep lots that back onto trees. Both Catholic and Public schools located with-in walking distance. I maybe bias but with the Boardwalk Shopping district close by Whitetail Crossing is the best subdivision in the Tri-Cities. End of story !
